the vendor is dishonest and will make any issues with the product your problem to deal with. their “solution” was for me to receive additional product in future orders. Why would I purchase additional products from a vendor who refused to reimburse any cost AND refused to give shipper details to me OR Alibaba so that a shipping refund of over $300 could be pursued? the vendor also admitted tgat they are pursuing the refund directly with the shipper but are not offering it to me. so, they will retain my cost for the product AND my shipping fee. this is fraud and theft.

Thanks your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the table deformation due to transportation compression, which caused a poor shopping experience!
Noted the table no quality damage and can be restored with simple handling. For the issue, we’ve tried our best: first, we proposed the basic solution of "refunding the table full amount (supporting you to repair it ) + reissuing a new table in new order", and later, to further make up for your experience, we upgraded it to "refunding the table fee + free reissuing a new table in the new order + 10% discount for entire order".
Violent sorting in cross-border shipping is uncontrollable. We pursued responsibility from the original logistics but got no effective solution. Now we’ve replaced logistics and upgraded packaging to avoid similar issues.
Since we couldn’t reach a consensus, Alibaba verified all vouchers, order info and after-sales plans and ruled in our favor.
